No stranger to the performance industry, Darcy&#8217;s father is Ron Lynch who was a member of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rhythmoftherain.com\/cascade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cascades<\/strong><\/a>. In the 1960&#8217;s, this band had the hit song, &#8220;Rhythm of the Rain&#8221;. Considered heritage rock, this song is one of the most played hits of all time, &#8220;Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Formerly a producer for the Discovery Channel, Darcy understands the pressure, needs, and concerns of managing national and international productions. As a result, the Stage Hands team comprises certified professionals who deliver the best quality treatments in the industry and strive to do all they can to make the lives of performers and crews more comfortable on the road.<\/p>\n<p>Darcy also runs a private practice, called\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wavesofhealingwellness.com\/\">Waves of Healing Wellness Boutique<\/a>,<\/em>\u00a0which is located in a seaside setting. Waves of Healing was named the &#8220;Best of Rhode Island&#8221; by Rhode Island Monthly magazine for massage therapy services. Also an avid sailor, Darcy has developed a massage treatment called &#8220;Seassage&#8221;. This treatment is offered onboard a boat and combines a variety of massage techniques followed by a sea salt body scrub.<\/p>\n<p>Darcy is certified in a range of health modalities including massage, yoga, pilates, personal training, &amp; aerobics instruction. She utilizes marketing efforts to oversee the research and development of new business through our existing business channels and arenas, as well as helping to identify new business channels for the creation of new and exciting markets for Stage Hands and Hands that Rock to enter into.Kira has previously worked in sales and marketing for various Providence area companies including Venus de Milo Restaurant and the Providence Place Mall. But she comes from an entertainment background with a majority of her career working in Radio Broadcasting on both the local and national levels. She spent time in NYC, Washington DC, Boston, and West Palm Beach working for such companies as Unistar Radio Networks, Westwood One, Clear Channel, Fairbanks Communications, and James Crystal Radio Group. She oversees the body workers from beginning to end for concerts and\u00a0festivals and ensures Stage Hands therapists are in the right place at the right time and\u00a0finalizes event details as needed. Silvana is passionate about body work, veganism,\u00a0phytotherapy and encouraging a holistic wellness approach to others by providing a\u00a0service to enhance better overall health for clients, reaching the balance of the mind\u00a0body and spirit. Silvana customizes her sessions by integrating different modalities\u00a0such as deep tissue, shiatsu, sports, cranial sacral and reflexology. Aside of working\u00a0with Stage Hands Silvana practices out of two spas in Newport Beach and out of\u00a0her own private practice. Doug is a Nationally Certified &amp; Licenced Massage Therapist who is certified in a range of massage therapy modalities including: Swedish, Myo &#8211; Skeletal alignment, Deep tissue, Sports, Shiatsu and Reiki. When not working with Stage Hands\/Hands That Rock events, he works locally in the Peoria area at a spa and chiropractic practice. Doug was formerly an I.A.T.S.E. She oversees the coordination of body workers for events and ensures Stage Hands therapists are in the right place at the right time and finalizes event details as needed! Lisa is passionate about health and fitness and equally as passionate about encouraging wellness for others by providing a service to enhance better overall health for clients. She has participated in numerous sporting events yearly including Tough Mudder, Rugged Manic, Spartan Race, trains at Crossfit and plans on GORUCK as her 2013 goal. Lisa has learned her trade in the Bay Area and worked in San Francisco for eight years and also in Aspen Colorado performing sports massage on athletes.\u00a0A results oriented therapist, Lisa integrates deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy, in her customized sessions.
